Order Processing and Shipping
All orders are entered into our business system shortly after they are submitted.
You will receive an email order confirmation once we have processed your order.
We offer before 10am Next Day and Saturday am deliveries for a premium charge.
The latest time for an order to be entered onto Norgren's system for next day delivery is 16:00 Monday - Friday.
If there is a problem with your order, it will not be accepted for normal processing. Norgren Customer Services will contact you to discuss how you wish your order to proceed.
All Shipments are subject to stock availability.
The lead-time quoted on the store is time to when we ship your order. For delivery information on out of stock items please contact you local sales office on 0870 890 3620.
Changes to Orders
Once your order has entered the processing cycle, we cannot accept changes. Order changes cannot be accepted via the Internet. If you need to make a change, please have your web order and sales order number ready when you call our Customer Services on 0870 890 3620.
