We accept all major credit cards and you can safely enter your credit card details via VeriSign - our secure payment server provider, which encrypts all submitted information.
After selecting to pay by credit card, click the 'proceed' button. Check the confirmation page before clicking 'proceed' again. At this point you will be transferred to the secure VeriSign environment, where you will be asked to complete your credit card details.
To provide you with an additional layer of security, Norgren does not store any credit card details that are provided. Your credit card details are transferred to a secure machine across a proprietary one-way interface. This computer is not accessible by network or modem, and the number is not stored anywhere else.

The minimum webstore order value is $50. For orders less than $50, the appropriate supplemental handling charge will be added to bring the order to $50.

Order Processing and Shipping
All orders are entered into our business system shortly after they are submitted. You will receive an email order confirmation once we have processed your order. The latest time for an order to be entered onto Norgren's system for next day shipping is 1:30 pm Mountain Time Monday - Friday. We offer overnight shipping for a premium charge.
If there is a problem with your order, it will not be accepted for normal processing. Norgren Customer Services will contact you to discuss how you wish your order to proceed.
All shipments are subject to stock availability.

Changes to Orders
Once your order has entered the processing cycle, we cannot accept changes. Order changes cannot be accepted via the Internet. If you need to make a change, please have your web order number and sales order number ready when you call customer services on (800) 766 6674.
