- All orders are entered into our business system shortly after they are submitted.
- You will receive an email order confirmation once we have received your order.
- We offer next day deliveries for a premium charge. These delivery methods are not available online, so please contact customer services on 0870 890 3620 if you require these.
- The latest time for an order to be entered onto Norgren's system for same day despatch is 13:00 Monday - Friday.
- If there is a problem with your order, it will not be accepted for normal processing. Norgren Customer Services will contact you to discuss how you wish your order to proceed.
- All Shipments are subject to stock availability.
- The delivery date quoted on the webstore is time to when we deliver your order.
