Order Processing and Shipping
- All orders are entered into our business system shortly after they are submitted.
- You will receive an email order confirmation once we have received your order.
- We offer before 10am Next Day and Saturday am deliveries for a premium charge. These delivery methods are not currently available online, so please contact customer services at (800) 514-0129 if you require these.
- Next Day Shipping: Your order will ship via Next Day Air the following business day from the date the order is processed; Orders must be entered before 2PM Mountain Standard Time, Monday-Friday.
Example: Order entered on a Monday at 1:59pm MST will ship on the following business day (Tuesday) for delivery on Wednesday.
- If there is a problem with your order, it will not be accepted for normal processing. Norgren Customer Services will contact you to discuss how you wish your order to proceed.
- All Shipments are subject to stock availability.
- The delivery date quoted on the webstore is the date the order ships from Norgren.
